Zephyr… I wasn’t “looking” for Zephyr but when he was offered to me and I saw how beautiful he was along with also seeing his 11 year old sire who was also beautiful AND still siring kids, I decided to go for it. Another selling point was that I am fond of any offspring of his grandsire; Tabby, which his dam is. Of course it was also a big plus that I already had a friendly acquaintance with his 2Leg and knew that she had kept a closed herd for several years. I am now buck heavy here at the farm so not sure how long he will call Old Mountain Farm home but I am hoping that I get a chance to breed him to a handful of does before he moves on to a new home.
